To avoid any disappointment & misunderstanding with our service, please kindly go thru our Terms & Conditions below:-
1) All prices stated are in SG Dollars.
2) The photos uploaded are mainly provided from our supplier. Hence, the actual items might be different in color tone as compared to what you seen in the photo due to resolution.
3) For ordering and reservation of item/s, please email me to prince.en.princess@gmail.com with subject Order. All items will be reserved for 3 days. For any reservation more than 3 days (upto max of 7 days) pls kindly drop us an email to request.
4) We will advise you on the stock availability / arrival and mode of payment (Payment Method: InterBank Transfer POSB Sav: 062-15343-1) once we receive your order/s via email.
5) Once you have made the payment, kindly email us your transaction reference number. Item/s will be post out within 3 working days once confirm received of payment.
6) Item/s without payment will be reserved upto 3 days otherwise reservations will be cancelled if no payment is receive unless we have receive email to request for extension of reservations via email (max 7 days).
7) Upon receiving the correct amount, items will be mailed within 3 working days followed by an email confirmation from us.
8) If you are not happy with our products, please return it by mail with the original packaging material with tag within 7 days. Exchange of products will be allowed for different items with top up to the same value. We regret that we are not able to refund cash.
9) We will not be responsible for any loss mail or damaged mail by the Singapore Post.
